Mark trains left-only at the heavy bag at Apex from 6am while Rob, Lachie, Josh and Hannah rotate through the morning skipping in the next ring. The shoulder clicks clean on the rotation. Danny texts at 8:14am that Voss has accepted the spar at Apex on Saturday the 9th, not the 16th as Mark asked. Mark lifts the kettle left-handed at home for the first time. Rob sees Mark tape the right wrist before rounds and Mark does not explain. The decision crystallises: take the spar early, train the left hard, defer the Manila one more week.
