What happened

An AIS alumni event flyer surfaced on the Northside chat — Gary Weldon's name on the panel, Mark's 2004 photo cropped and pinned to the alumni email list. The morning session at Apex was interrupted when Brayden Cotton walked in unannounced, squared up at the ropes and shoved Mark hard into the turnbuckle — back took the brunt, shoulder didn't. 'Weldon wants his swimmer back, mate,' Brayden said. Mark didn't swing. He held Brayden's eye until he walked out. Danny held mitts through the round, silent. Jules filmed the angle. Mark ran the buried pull-counter twice before lunch, faster than he'd ever run it. He trained like it was round four.
