Do not write it down
Monday night. I sat in the back of the bookshop and watched. I was not on the list. That bit me a bit but I will not say that bit me.
Dave did his mum one. It was good. Sian closed on her sister. Also good. I had a line in my head from Thursday. The car park one. It ran and ran and it still ran right.
I walked home past the bus stop. I did not open the Moleskine. If I write it down it might go flat. I know that is daft. But it is true.
Here is the bit I will not tell anyone. I was scared of it. Not of bombing. Of it being good and me not being good enough to know it was good. That is the worst fear I have got.
Funny how the joke is I do not care. The joke is the loudest one I tell.
